If you work out of a clinic, link straight to their booking page. If you take bookings yourself, a short form with a phone number.

Your registration

College or association number and a link to the public registry. It takes one line and it builds trust.

Getting found on Google

Search terms here are diagnosis plus city: "active rehab Vancouver", "physio for runners Victoria", "kinesiologist ICBC Burnaby". Each service you offer should have its own short section with a plain heading, and your Google Business Profile should list the same services.
