You pay nothing up front. After you send in the quick start form, we book a free intro call. The setup fee is collected after that call, and the first year of hosting is billed when your site goes live.

No. Hosting is billed once a year and you can cancel anytime; unused full months are refunded. The setup fee covers building your site; the yearly fee covers hosting, security and support.

Your hosting ends, you keep your domain and your content, and I hand over a complete copy of your site files so you can host it anywhere else.

Yes. Your domain is registered for your business and belongs to you, along with all of your content, photos and copy. Once the setup fee is paid you own the site design too. OurHub keeps the reusable editor and admin code, which you are licensed to use while you are a client.

I can connect a domain you already own, and if you have an old site I rebuild it fresh and make sure nothing important is lost, including redirects from your old page addresses.

Basic SEO makes your site Google-ready: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and properly labelled images. Full SEO adds structured data, Google Search Console setup, a Google Business Profile and speed optimization.

The Visual Editor lets Complete and Identity clients update their own site: click any text to change it, click any photo to swap it. The two monthly content updates are changes I make for you on request. Starter clients use these for all their updates.

Up to you. I can write it from your questionnaire and our call and refine it with you, or you can send exactly what you want for each section. You review everything before launch.

Starter sites go live in about three business days once I have your answers and photos. Complete takes about five, Identity about ten because of the logo work.

Yes, as add-ons quoted separately. For bookings I usually connect a tool you already use. For stores, Square Online with Printful is the cheapest path in Canada for merch.
