Websites for coaches and personal trainers
If you coach anything, sport, fitness, business, life, your website has one job: turn someone who heard about you into someone who books. Most coaching sites fail at that because the booking step is buried, the schedule is out of date, or the site is a Linktree with a photo.
What a site for coaches and trainers needs
A booking path on every screen
One clear button that goes to your calendar, a form, or your phone. Not three options. Whatever you actually answer fastest.
A schedule you can change yourself
Sessions move. Seasons change. If updating the schedule means emailing your web person, it will be wrong half the year. Complete-package sites come with an editor where you click the text and change it.
Your credentials, in plain words
Certifications, years coaching, who you have worked with. Parents and clients read this before they call. Keep it factual.
Prices, or at least a starting point
"From $75 a session" saves you ten emails a week from people who were never going to book.
Photos of you actually coaching
Phone photos of a real session beat stock photos of strangers in a gym every time.
Getting found on Google
Coaching searches are local and specific: "beach volleyball lessons Vancouver", "personal trainer Kelowna", "running coach Calgary". A site with your city and your sport in the page title, a Google Business Profile, and a couple of reviews will show up for those. A generic "coaching services" page will not.
A real one

A_Line Coaching, Vancouver
Adam Thompson coaches beach volleyball at Kitsilano Beach. His site lists elite groups, drop-ins, private sessions and youth tryout prep, with a signup form for each, a schedule he edits himself, and a spam-protected link into his WhatsApp community. He handles the fall schedule changes in the editor; I handle the rest. alinecoach.com
